1. Its okay to not always have it together, there's no such thing as a Perfect Mom.
2. Everyday I am getting better as a Mom.
3. I am thankful for my children and they're thankful for me. 
4. I am not "just" a Mom 
5. My mental health matters too. 
6. I deserve to take care of myself and my own needs.
7. I am not my past trauma and neither will my children be.
8. I forgive myself for my failures.
9. I overcome obstacles and believe in myself. 
10. I am building a legacy for love and kindness for my children. 
11. I release the need to compare myself to other Mothers, I am enough just as I am.
12. Regardless of being a  "New Mom" I trust my instincts when it comes to caring for my baby.
13. I am vibrant and my body is healing. I am a Warrior Mama!
14. I am confident in my abilities as a Mother.
15. I am an intentional parent and a positive role model for children.
16. I am making the right decisions for my children. 
17. Everything I do serves a purpose for my family and myself.
18. I am grateful to spend time with my children everyday.
19. My children are happy with time spent and not material things.
20. I will laugh and play with my children when we are together.
21. By allowing myself to be happy, I inspire my children to be as well.
22. I am kind and patient with myself knowing that Motherhood is a learning process.
23. I am resilient and will overcome any challenges through my Motherhood journey.
24. Each day, I am learning and growing alongside my children and I celebrate every step of this journey.
25. God has called me to Motherhood. Through him I can do all things.
